Real estate fund management

The real estate management team in Moscow has considerable experience of structuring, executing and advising on real estate transactions in Russia and Ukraine.

In May 2003 the FF&P Russia Real Estate Fund was launched to invest in top quality commercial properties in Moscow and St Petersburg. Members of the Fund's Board of Directors have considerable experience in international real estate markets, including the emerging markets.

In 2006, the FF&P Russia Real Estate Development Fund was established to invest primarily in developments in the office, industrial and retail sectors and to exploit the market opportunity represented by unsatisfied demand for high quality real estate in Russia. The Fund is initially targeting large-scale, multi-phase development opportunities in Moscow, the Moscow region and other major Russian cities.

Investors in the funds managed by the team include US and international institutions, US pension plans and individual high net worth investors.
